Disputes
Under the terms of Law 144/2015 of 8 September, it is hereby informed that in the event of a dispute regarding the supply of goods, the consumer (natural person when acting for purposes that do not fall within the scope of their commercial, industrial, craft or professional activity) may resort to an Alternative Dispute Resolution Body for consumer disputes.
